Lessons must be booked through the available booking system unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are displayed at the time of booking. Payment is required according to the conditions shown during the booking process and is processed securely through the designated payment provider.

A booking is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation.

Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without charge.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson are not eligible for a refund, and the lesson will be considered used.

If I need to cancel a lesson, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.

If you do not attend a scheduled lesson without cancelling within the permitted cancellation period, the lesson will be considered used and will not be refunded.

Where lesson packages are available, their price, number of lessons, validity period, and any additional conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Packages are intended for use by the person who purchased them and may not be transferred to another person unless otherwise agreed.

You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, device, microphone, and any other equipment necessary to participate in an online lesson.

If a significant technical problem on my side prevents the lesson from taking place, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded as appropriate.

Lessons are designed to support your language development, but individual progress depends on many factors, including attendance, practice, previous knowledge, and individual learning circumstances. Specific learning outcomes, examination results, or levels of progress cannot be guaranteed.

Teaching materials provided as part of lessons are intended for your personal educational use unless otherwise stated.

Materials created by me may not be reproduced, distributed, published, sold, or used commercially without prior permission.

Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and conditions of their respective copyright holders.

Lessons should take place in a respectful and professional environment. I reserve the right to end or refuse services in cases of abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise seriously inappropriate behaviour.

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on this website and applicable consumer law.
